Stressful. All I want for Christmas is Boxing Day, when the fuss is over, I can point hungry people at the fridge and (hopefully) settle down with a book.
I had to laugh at EC's description. And laughing HURTS. But I have to agree with her on the description. I know we are supposed to see the "true" meaning of Christmas, but it has gotten so commercial, it's hard to find the beauty and joy in it.

All depends which day you ask. Stressful. Wonderful. Fun. Exhausting. Magical! And sometimes that changes from hour to hour.
Signifying the end of the year! I know that's not one word, but it certainly describes Christmas.
Gemutlichkeit. Yeah, it’s German and hard to translate. It combines a bunch or words into one...homey, warmth, family feel, cozy, serene.
