I first saw those on Pinterest. Cute and ugly all rolled into one.

Hi, dear Sandra!

My black dog used to sit in the window on Halloween night and bark at trick-or-treaters when they came to the door. The werewolf cat would do an even better job of creating a spooky mood on fright night. I find that the "uglier" a creature is, the more I love it, because I know it probably doesn't get its share.

Happy Wednesday, dear friend Sandra!

I want to know why!

Poor thing looks sick!

Tamara Narayan said...

Now that is weird, but interesting. What will breeders come up with next? A vampire cat with extra long fangs?

Felicity Grace Terry said...

So wrong in my humble opinion. I agree with Jeanie above in that this poor cat looks unwell.

Some people should leave well enough alone. Really? geez

Sandra Cox said...

Thanks, Yvonne:)
Heading over to see your W post:)

Sandra Cox said...

Poor thing. Black cats have enough problems without adding the scare appeal to it.

Sandra Cox said...

There's no doubt in my mind....you are the Cat Whisperer.....

With capitals... :)

Hello, Cat!

Ah, but he's really so sweet!

That is not a cute cat! It looks to me like a case of taking things a bit too far.

Exactly, because you are the Cat Whisperer.

Hi Diane, I hadn't seen them until I started looking for a W cat. I was a bit surprised:)

Sandra Cox said...

Not I....until I started researching.

:(

Sandra Cox said...

Yikes!
Shhhhh.

Sandra Cox said...

Agreed, Tracy.

Sandra Cox said...

I think black cats have a hard enough row to hoe without adding the eerie.

Sandra Cox said...

Though, Blue could turn that thinking around in a manner positive for the cat:)

Sandra Cox said...

Of course, he's a cat, even if he does look a little werey:)

Sandra Cox said...

I wouldn't disagree with that.

Sandra Cox said...

Hope the lack of fur doesn't cause problems either.

shortybear said...

wow

cleemckenzie said...

I'm not keen on werewolf anything, so I'll stick with the furrier type.

Bleubeard and Elizabeth said...

The lack of fur might be a good thing when I'm knee deep in summer grooming, but that poor cat doesn't stand a chance. I feel sorry for it. In my opinion, the breeders should have their license revoked! But I would probably adopt it, since I had a cat named dog that acted like one, too.

Heather R. Holden said...

Aw! Had no idea there was such a thing as a werewolf cat. I'm probably in the minority when I say this, but I don't think they're ugly at all!

Elizabeth said...

How very strange...people take breeding way too far sometimes.

Sandra Cox said...

That pretty much sums it up:)

Sandra Cox said...

LOL. I hear ya.

Sandra Cox said...

I have no doubts you would take it in if it was a creature in need. I wish everyone was as kind-hearted as the blogger buds.
I'm sure I would have enjoyed Dog:)

Sandra Cox said...

I don't think they're ugly, but I wish they hadn't gone for the scary look. Black cats get a bad rap and this might make it worse. But I'm glad you like them. They need to be liked:)

Sandra Cox said...

They sure do!

Birgit said...

Ok I will say it here and then in your next post...I am so sorry, I tried to copy and paste the pictures and it wasn't taking. I don't know what I was doing wrong but it didn't work and I feel bad. As for this poor pussy cat...it deserves love because it can't help that it was created like this. Humans need to stop fiddling around

Sharon Himsl said...

Did not get the cute gene but still deserves to be loved.

Sandra Cox said...

Agreed.
Don't worry, Birgit. It's not a big deal. Maybe we can show your buds at a later date.

Awww poor little one! No matter what, I would love any cat, but why do people do these things?
