It's Tuesday, Ketchup Day

How was your weekend and start to your week?

The HH is having back surgery in December. So this weekend we took the first step towards laying in supplies. We went into the foothills and got a case of wine. 😂

Here's a few, and I emphasize few, pics from the winery.

There's a rosebush planted at the beginning of each row of  grapes.

This is a chandelier in the center of the gift/wine shop. It was quite pretty.

AND

The leaves are starting to turn.

AND

A bumble bee in the garden.

AND

Last year I got cherry tomatoes from the mulch pile. This year taters;)

AND

The HH got me the most excellent gift. A wearable heating pad for neck, shoulders and back. I feel like a viking warrior in it:)

From Colorado

Thank you, Julie.

Hi Sandra - I guess you come first in the list of things to do - the wine obviously has to be for you ... HH won't be able to drink for a while. That heat pad looks to be a happy purchase. But yes ... better to be prepared for his op. Love the photos and updates ... cheers Hilary

I miss him already. I. Slowly getting better and went on a walk with him. In mid November, he'll be off to Malaysia and then, Vietnam. He lives quite the life.

I love the rose bushes at the vineyard. I wonder if there is any other than it's beautiful for having rose bushes near the grape vines. Enjoy the wine!!

Does that back warmer help your lower back? GT really needs relief in that area.

Thanks for sharing the pics!

Good luck with HH's surgery in Dec. Stocking up on wine had me laughing. Lovely photos of the winery and the surrounding area. Loved the rose bush and that chandelier. Wow! What a fabulous gift from HH. He's definitely a keeper.

Val, Mine needs to be plugged in too. Yeah, the wine is definitely a plus;)
Thanks, Christine.
Birgit, Your friend does travel the world. Glad you're getting better.Viking Queen. Hehe. It's a prairie dog.
Cuz, I don't know about the roses. I'm guessing for looks, since they have day lilies and Irises scattered around the buildings. The heating pad helps from neck to lower back. I love it.
Yvonne, I was almost able to leave a comment this time. I'm so sorry. I hope you don't think I'm not coming by.
Thanks, Elizabeth. He did good, for sure;)

I love that your laying in supplies starts with a case of wine. The rose bushes are pretty. Could you ask where the wearable heating pad was purchased? I could use one for my back and neck pain.

Love,
Janie
