How are you? Are you enjoying these hints of spring Mother Nature is sending our way?
For the cat folks out there. Have you ever seen one of these attachments to a scratching post? I ordered a new post since Callie is up to her old tricks of scratching on wood furniture and the door frames. Grrr. I saw the attachment and thought, 'What the...'? It's a self-brusher for cats to rub against and each post at the end of it has an opening to pour catnip in. Even more amazing the cats use it and seem to like it:)
AND
Snow
AND
Sunshine
That's it for now. Enjoy the rest of your week, my friends. May it be filled with sunshine.

Never seen that on a cat scatcher but throw cat nip in snd si know mine would love it. We have a scratcher kitty too. Door frames and leather. Beautiful daffodils and ours got the same thing, snow. Xo
Hi Sandra - gosh that cat scratcher looks 'posh' ... I hope this is a long term help - strikes me it should be. Weather - we have lovely sunny (cold) weather now - expecting improvements to follow. I'm just glad I'm a normal person at the moment ... life is challenging for many. Take care - cheers Hilary
Amazing this area can have four seasons in one week, isn't it?
My cats don't climb, so if it isn't on the floor, they don't want it. My cat tower was wasted money. Thankfully, I didn't have to buy it. It was a gift. The cat nip would not interest Squiggles and Bleubeard would love it, but he wouldn't climb for it. It's a great idea, though.
I have no flowers yet, but if I did, they would look like your frozen ones.
Have a super week, Sandra.
I was in someone’s house recently and the corner of their sofa had been shredded by their cat. They need one of these scratching posts!
Looks like a fun cat scratch station! We miss our Miss Kitty.
The flowers are pretty!
hugs
Donna
Today, we have rain as well as tomorrow but with freezing rain and just crap. Needless to say, my pain is through the roof but I am getting to work. Loved the Oscars. I just love the flowers especially the last pic. I have to show this to my hubby…I wonder if our pussy cats will like this. Our library chairs are not looking nice.
Lizzie loves to be brushed and I really have to ramp it up, now that it's getting into springtime shedding season. That's a very clever gadget. We are having rain today too. Always makes me nervous before the ground has thawed -- must go get vulnerable things off the floor in the basement. Your blooming photos are lovely!
Lovely to see the daffodils.
Hey Denise, I'd never seen the brush on a cat scratching post either, but Callie loves it, which is a good thing:) Don't ya hate it when they scratch wood and leather?
Do you still have snow and are you still enjoying it?
See ya tomorrow:) xo
Where did you get that cat post? Daffodils are still a month or more away. There's still a lot of snow on the ground.
LOL. Innit the truth, Alex.
Thanks, Hils. Hope the scratcher is a long term help too.
Yay for sunny weather.
Here's to plenty of normal moments.
Cheers,
Hi, Elizabeth. (Waving) Cats certainly have their own preferences and personalities, don't they. Chuck loved anything mint. Mint gum, mint gum wrappers. You name it.
'If flowers they'd look like your frozen ones.' Heh. I take it, it's still cold there. YOU, have a grand day.
David, Critters can sure do damage to the house for sure.
Oh Donna, I didn't realize you no longer had Miss Kitty.
Hugs received and returned.
Birgit, Hope the pain level ratchets down.
Glad you enjoyed the Oscars.
If your hubs is interested in the scratching post, I got it on Amazon and didn't think the price was too bad.
Jeanie, Hope your basement stays dries. NC and SC are having wild fires so we could use a little of that rain.
Lizzie would probably love the brush attachment on the scratcher.
Stay dry.
Christine, Daffies are such a lovely spring portent, aren't they?
Hey CJ, Got the cat post from Amazon. Ack about the snow.
Lindas flores, ten un linda semana.
That's a lovely daffodil! I'm doing my usual early spring stalking of snowdrops that are not on private property so I can relocate a few to my garden.
That seems a good idea for those who have cats.
I always like to see daffodils, here in the UK our daffodils are flowering nicely.
I'm late to this post ... it's almost the weekend, so I wish you a good one.
All the best Jan
