Holiday Recipe #5: Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole
Preheat oven to 375
1 32 oz package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can celery soup

1 stick margarine or butter

8 oz. carton sour cream

2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Let potatoes thaw a bit so they separate. Mix all ingredients together. Bake for 45 minutes then sprinkle cheese over the top.
