Holiday Recipe #7: Chocolate Covered Ritz Crackers

White-Chocolate Covered Ritz Crackers

Spread peanut butter between two Ritz Crackers. Make desired number.
Melt white chocolate bark in double boiler.
Dip the sandwiched Ritz Crackers in the white-chocolate with tongs.
Place on waxed paper to cool.
